The former house of tikonda-reacor has ceased its existence tonight and has formed the new Thatrix-Coalition.

The Lord Protector Tikonda of the new Coalition has declard the surrender of the former house of tikonda-reacor to the emperors Robin and Marion. Due to this capitulation, the Coalition has made several concessions to the victors which are now beeing executed. Hereby, the Coalition also declares, that it agrees to an one-year non-agression-treaty with the houses of NEOZLICK-ÖSTERREICH and Troja. This NAT will is enforced from this day on. The Thatrix-Coalition is grateful to Robin and Marion for their clemency during the negotations.

The Coalition also declares, that it sees its diplomatic status to all empires and houses as neutral from the beginning on and is open minded for new relations to everyone. All houses should notify, that the borders of the Coalition's territory are closed to all emperors to whom the Lord Protector of the Coalition has not granted the allowance of fly-through. This measure is necessary due to the phase of reorganization the Coalition has to perform.

The Lord Protector of the Thatrix-Coalition is grateful to Marions accomodation. After months of a widespread war, the Coalition also looks forward into a brighter future.

The Coalition also declares, that it takes over the governmental affairs for Lady Neireh and the former empire of reacor. Lady Neireh decided to resign and lay down her office. As the Lady wants to spend more time with her family and for scientific research, she handed over the leadership to Lord Protector Tikonda. Tikonda declared, that all the citizens of the Coalition and former empire of reacor will miss her Ladyship with a deep feeling of mourning. She led her empire with a kind hand and to the best of all citizens.

The Thatrix-Coalition declares her deep anxiety about the current conflicts between the Senate and the House of Neozlick-Österreich. The Coalition also announces her neutrality in these conflicts and calls the parties up to return to the negotiating table. Furthermore we declare, that the territory and space of the Coalition is closed to any foreign emperors and warplanets to whom we have no contracts. Special allowances for fly-throughs can be given out by the Lord Protector and have to be requested before flying into Thatrix-Space. The Coalition is willing to help any former and current ally with support in negotiations and by other means.
